Moab Man

“MOAB MAN” This popular petroglyph is found near Moab, Utah. Elaborate head-dresses are common on Anasazi figures, They may represent ceremonial head-dresses or dance costumes comprised of antlers , feathers and other material. They may also be the predecessors of the Kachina images of the Pueblo groups of southwestern Colorado and northern Arizona.
